Vatican accuses Obama for favoring abortion in the world

Pressure was never so universal in the press and all leaders of opinion in favor of a person as the one held for Obama. It was even present it as a kind of new "messiah."
However, recently assumed the post of President of the United States, Barack Obama placed in the hands of the abortionists around the world the immense resources of that superpower. What other surprises will not have prepared this character so beloved by the left?
Archbishop Rino Fisichella, President of the Pontifical Academy for Life, the Vatican today described as "arrogance" the authorization of President Barack Obama for U.S. organizations that fund the abortion abroad.
It is the "arrogance of those who thought to do the right thing by signing a decree that supports abortion and therefore the destruction of human beings," Fisichella reported in the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.
The new President of the United States on Friday revoked a provision that prohibited any non-governmental organizations that benefit the American state funding to perform abortions or provide services related to abortion outside the United States.
"If this is one of the first acts of President Obama, with all due respect, I think the road to disappointment must have been short," summed up the archbishop.
"I do not think those who voted for him have been taken into account the issues that have been left out of so astute in the electoral debate. Most of the U.S. population does not have the same position as the president and his team, "Fisichella estimated.
The archbishop also criticized the approval on Friday by U.S. authorities to conduct the first experiment in a human with human embryonic stem cells, a world first that could pave the way to the treatment of hitherto incurable diseases.
"My first impression is that it has bowed to pressure from the multinationals. (...) The problem is not scientific, but ideological and economic, "the president of the Pontifical Academy for Life.
