Santiago será, a fines de mes, la sede de un Encuentro Internacional de grupos terroristas, como las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), el Movimiento Ejército de Liberación Nacional, Túpac Amaru y otros grupos armados que operan en América del Sur.
